Chico Gold (Sierra Nevada Clone)
An amber, dry-hopped Califonia pale ale similar to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

Cream Ale
One of the few truly American beers, this style was introduced in the 1800s to compete with the then new American style lagers. Light and not bitter, smooth with mild hop flavor and aroma.

Dunkelweizen
ESB (Extra Special Bitter)
Honey Wheat
An Oregon-style American Hefeweizen similar to Widmer and Pyramid, strengthened by the delicateness of orange blossom honey. Light and slightly sweet with plenty of flavor and aroma.

IPA (India Pale Ale)
A deep copper-amber American-style I.P.A. Starts with a big white head and large fruity hop aroma that is balanced by bitterness and malt. Finishes with a long aftertaste of dry hop flavor.

Lawn Mower Light
Nutty Brown (Newcastle Clone)
Very similar to Newcastle Brown Ale. Light brown color with medium malt, nutty flavor and slight sweetness. Mildly fruity, this classic beer finishes dry.

Oktoberfest/Martzen
Pale Ale
American-style pale ale. Refreshingly bitter, accented towards citrusy hop flavor and aroma. Light amber color, moderate malt flavor and restrained caramel flavor.

English Stout
A very dark amber sweet stout with mild roasted grain aroma and flavor, moderate bitterness, and mild hop aroma. Full-bodied and creamy.

Irish Stout
Very similar to Guinness and Murphys stouts. Deep brown, almost black, exhibits a burnt, roasted flavor that is balanced by the creaminess of the body. Dry finish.

Oatmeal Stout
A deep ruby brown beer supporting a beige, creamy head. Aromas of roasted grain, oats and coffee. Chewy, rich texture, with a bitter finish and a semi-sweet aftertaste.
