Stein Fillers has been in business since 1994 providing quality ingredients to brewers, vintners and meadmakers in the Los Angeles vicinity.

Stein Fillers is operated by the California Fermentation Society, a Public Benefit Corporation. CFS provides scholarships for aspiring brewers.

Stein Fillers will continue to be a public resource center for fermentation information and specialty brewing ingredients, and will also provide a meeting place for local hobbyists to further their education in the fermentation arts.
